We all had a great time at the Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival September 10-12, 2021 in Jefferson, Wisconsin. They put on a fantastic show with all sorts of sheep and fun activities.
Our booth offered delectable samples of a wide variety of our members’ sheep milk cheeses. The sweet and creamy taste of sheep dairy sells itself. It was a great environment to share industry knowledge and network with others that share our passion.
